Valentine Willow's Story

Two week old V.A. cried during the entire drive to the AGC Baby Centre. We knew we were rescuing this now nine-month-old baby, but she was scared of our new faces and this uncertain situation. Slowly, V.A. began to settle in at the Baby Centre, and as she began to gain weight, she started hitting milestones that had previously been delayed. This once scared and timid baby girl began crawling, standing, smiling, and lighting up any room she was in. It was as if she was waiting to feel safe, warm, and secure before she showed us what she could do!

These days, V.A. walks, talks, and is quite capable of defending her toys against other children who want to play with them. She’s our little fighter who is also hungry for cuddles and eagerly says hi to the Baby Centre staff who walk by. In V.A. we see how God rescues, redeems, and restores the stories of children who were once orphaned or neglected! We have no doubt He will continue to do powerful things in her life.

This transformation is only possible by God’s grace and your support. This year-end, we’ve received a $60,000 matching gift to help us care for more children just like V.A. WIll you join us in bringing hope and transformation to their lives? You can learn more and give at agcbabycenter.org/yearend2024
