Meet Raphael Nicholas.
He was abandoned and rescued by and brought to us by the police. He is in safe hands and will find love and acceptance by his new family and his heavenly father.
Thank God that his health is stable and pray that we know how we may provide the best wholesome care for this sweet boy.
