Ian has found his forever family!
His joyful adoption ceremony was quite different from his introduction to the Baby Centre. When he first came, Ian was shy and timid—maybe a bit unsure of this unfamiliar place. As our team of caregivers loved him with warm, assuring hugs, Ian began to trust us. Over time, hugs and cuddles became his favorite! He used to call to different members of our team from the window to say hello and goodbye, and it seemed he would do whatever he could to steal one more hug. When the other kids saw him do this, they wanted to do it too. We can hardly believe the shy, timid boy became such a social butterfly!
During his adoption ceremony, Ian’s hugs and cuddles were in full force, and his forever family didn’t mind one bit. They held him close, but somehow it seemed like Ian held them even closer. We praised the Lord for His goodness and faithfulness when we saw Ian feeling at home with them, especially knowing he’ll enjoy closeness with his family forever.
