Tabitha Bethel is a beautiful and happy little girl. She has learned to walk and she likes to go as fast as she can. Tabitha loves music and playing with the other children. She continues to work hard and improve, while maintaining her joyful spirit. We want Tabitha to have her best life and we will continue to strive to achieve that.
