Phoebe Margaret is a happy little girl. She is one of those babies who just seem to have it figured out already. She certainly knows how to capture your heart! Phoebe was crawling and climbing. She could stand with help. Phoebe has 3 little teeth and is working on another! She is chubby and healthy and just as cute as can be. I know it won't be long until she will bring joy to a family of her very own.
