Emmanuel Oliver is a happy and spunky kid. He had just learned to walk (or should I say run!) on his own. He would walk as fast as he could, fall down, then get up and tear off again. He was just so happy to be able to move on his own. Emmanuel enjoys playing with the other kids. And being able to walk will help his join in with what they are doing. He is a wonderful little boy. We pray for God to provide all he needs to live a healthy and happy life!
