BEST DAY EVER!
The Africa Gospel Church Baby Centre's mission is to provide care for orphaned and abandoned babies until they can be placed in a home of their own. When a new child comes to us we feel a sense of great sadness for the baby who is separated from their birth family for whatever reason. And we also feel sadness for the birth family who no longer have their child. When at all possible, we try to help reunite the child with any living family member. Sometimes that means taking care of the child while the family works to be able to take them back home. That was the case with our twin girls Lois and Vashti. Their sweet momma passed away when they were born and their daddy was not able to care for them right away. Especially since there were two! The Baby Centre worked hand-in-hand with their daddy to provvide temporary care until he could come back for them. And today was the day he was finally able to take them back home with him. Lois and Vashti will be surrounded by love form their extended family as well. We are praising God for this reunited family. And thank all of those who support the Baby Centre to help make this happen.
