Abiel Cephas - April 2017

Abiel Cephas is a cute little guy!  He had only been at the BC a few weeks when these pictures were taken.  Abiel was caught in a child trafficking ring by the police.  Our caregiver, Irene, said she snuck in and out of the hospital where he had been taken in order to avoid the national news stations outside.  He is now safe and we pray he will be protected and loved not only here, but with a family of his own someday!
