Tamar Alethea - April 2017

Tamar is an absolutely beautiful little girl!  I especially love her pouty lips.  Tamar is quiet and content, but when you talk to her she is very expressive!  Tamar is eating well and is staying pretty healthy.  She continues to learn and grow each day.  Please pray that a family will come for her very soon!
