Uriah Victor - April 2017

Uriah Victor is a handsome and happy young man.  He is a good "brother" to the other kids at the Baby Centre.  He is healthy and loves to run and play on the playground and in the play yard.  Uriah is mature for his age and loves to talk and have his picture taken.  He and Diana saw my tablet and pencil unattended so they quickly got in some artwork!  Uriah is an incredible little boy and we pray he has a home of his own soon!
