Candace Abia - October 2016

Candace Abia is a quiet and shy little girl.  She prefers to stay away from the others.  Candace did really enjoy the beads though.  Candace has a sweet spirit and could really use parents of her own to nurture and care for her.  Please pray they come for her soon!
