Emmanuel is still a little character! He is a happy guy and he loves to be actively involved in whatever is going on! He especially loved the bubbles and somewhere found a very long stick to try to hit them with. Unfortunately there were other toddlers around who didn't appreciate it when the stick came back down on their head! Emmanuel is shown below with his buddy Michael II, waiting for their ugi.
